Responsabilités Effectuer des mandats d’évaluation immobilière pour des cas complexes liés notamment à des actifs à vocation unique, à des terrains d’envergure, à l’expropriation et au litige; Réaliser des analyses dans le cadre d’études de marché ou de projets particuliers; Rédaction de rapports narratifs complets pour dépôt à la cour; Préparation et participation aux séances de négociations; Établir des prévisions et des analyses financières complexes relatives à des données sur le marché immobilier et développer des recommandations. Qualifications Baccalauréat en administration, option gestion immobilière ou cumul de certificats incluant immobilier; Minimalement 6 à 8 années d'expérience pertinente en immobilier; Membre de l’Ordre des évaluateurs agréés du Québec; Excellente maîtrise du français et de l'anglais (parlé, lu et écrit); Très bonne connaissance des logiciels de la suite MS Office. We are seeking an experienced Senior Advisor / Senior Consultant to enrich our team and support our clients' growth through rigorous analysis and personalized strategic recommendations. Responsibilities Conduct real estate valuation mandates for complex cases, particularly involving special-purpose assets, large-scale land parcels, expropriation, and litigation Perform analyses within the framework of market studies or specialized projects Draft comprehensive narrative reports for court submission Prepare for and participate in negotiation sessions Establish forecasts and complex financial analyses related to real estate market data and develop recommendations Qualifications Bachelor's degree in administration with real estate management option, or combination of certificates including real estate Minimum 6 to 8 years of relevant real estate experience Member of the Ordre des évaluateurs agréés du Québec (Quebec Order of Certified Appraisers) Excellent command of French and English (spoken, read, and written) Strong proficiency in MS Office suite software Skills High level of rigor and intellectual curiosity Excellent written and oral communication skills Ability to work as part of a team Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines Ability to work under pressure Ability to demonstrate pragmatic judgment in complex situations Ability to clearly identify client needs, provide exceptional customer service, and deliver services that meet client expectations/needs in specific contexts Analytical mindset and synthesis skills Ability to network within the business community Oral and/or written interactions with tenants or external partners based outside Quebec (for example, service providers, law firms, peers, bankers, brokerage firms, credit analysis firms, credit agencies, non-French-speaking clients, etc.) Location: On-site –Montreal, QC If this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet all of the requirements.
