Management and Regulatory Reporting: Lead the preparation of monthly and quarterly variance analysis for executive-level reporting packages (iMBR, MBR, WMBR, Flash). Compile and submit regulatory filings in accordance with OSFI and Bank of Canada standards, ensuring timely delivery and full compliance. Maintain readiness of regulatory returns for management review, meeting all government agency deadlines. Financial Governance & Controls Strengthen internal controls across financial and regulatory reporting processes. Prepare reconciliations, journal adjustments, and consolidation entries to ensure reporting accuracy and integrity. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance reporting efficiency and control. Cross-functional Collaboration Partner with key departments to ensure consistency, accuracy, and transparency in financial reporting. Support finance-led initiatives and projects, embedding robust controls and identifying opportunities for efficiency gains. WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, CPA Designation (or equivalent) or working towards it, is required Minimum of 4 years of progressive experience in financial, management or regulatory reporting, ideally within the banking or financial services industry. Ability to deliver accurate and timely results in a fast-paced, concurrent-deadline environment. Exceptional attention to detail and multitasking capabilities Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and solid command of MS Office Suite. Strong interpersonal skills and professional maturity to engage across all levels of the organization. Alteryx and Power BI knowledge is a strong asset.
