Key Job Responsibilities Include:
Responsible for building strong customer relationships and delivering solutions. Oversee and monitor customer satisfaction levels and identify areas for improvement
Participate in the development of products and services to improve profit and increase Customer satisfaction
Building a potential customer pool and developing customer acquisition strategies
Market analysis and input into marketing plan
Responsible for reseller accounts and managing new contracts
Providing operational direction and supporting the implementation of programs and policies
Administrative duties include maintaining documentation of workflows, including submission of invoices, and expenses
Who you are:
You have a minimum of 6 years of experience in energy or related sales
Post-secondary degree or diploma in a related field an asset
You have the ability to identify issues and problem solve
You have excellent interpersonal skills
You have extensive customer service experience
Experience delivering product preferred
You are highly proficient in the Microsoft suite and Outlook
You have proven effective communication skills, both verbal and written
You have the ability to work independently as well as part of a Team
