Duration: Winter 2026 – 4 months (January 2026 – April 2026)
Availability: *Full-time availability of 37.5 – 40 hours weekly is required to be eligible for this opportunity.

About the opportunity:
The Dayforce Platform Architecture team is comprised of high-calibre, hands-on software professionals who aim to provide technical leadership and stewardship of the Dayforce product. The team enables Dayforce HCM’s technical success by building performant, scalable, and secure core components, frameworks, and customer-facing technical features and by providing build processes, tools, and expertise to enhance developer productivity. The team also enhances the maintainability and supportability of Dayforce HCM by building environment management and operational management applications and tools.
Reporting to the Sr. Development Manager of Platform Architecture, the Project Manager Intern is responsible for supporting Dayforce's methodology development, creating tools/templates, and documenting business requirements. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout Dayforce's Development department to drive exceptional global delivery practices and standardized approaches. It is an incredible opportunity to work with some of the world's most seasoned experts on a global scale.
What you’ll get to do:
Support the global transformation of Dayforce’s delivery methodology by creating the templates and tools used to implement Dayforce for our customers
Partner with Program/Project Managers to document business requirements
Provide teams with the information, content, and tools needed to effectively adopt process standards that deliver value to our customers
Maintain and support existing business processes, tools, and practices
Facilitate Platform Architect events, or programs
Other ad hoc projects as required
Skills and experience we value:
In 3rd or 4th year pursuit of degree in Project Management, Business Management or equivalent
Ability to balance and apply critical thinking to our products and processes
Self-starter that can work through ambiguous requirements to prioritize and establish a plan for execution
Positive attitude with drive and capacity to learn quickly
Acute attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong facilitation and presentation skills

Prior industry experience (HR Technology/HCM/SaaS)
