About the Role:
Reporting to the Art Director, Creative Agency, the successful candidate for Graphic Designer will be a creative expert in acquisition marketing campaigns. They will be responsible for the creation of innovative ads across a variety of digital, print and social media platforms with the objective of driving viewership to Corus Entertainment properties.
You will contribute by:
Develop static marketing ads / campaigns across digital, print and social platforms, as required.
Continuously refine concepts and designs to drive strong business results.
Collaborate with other Creative Agency members, Marketing team, and Media Planning team on strategy and design.
Adjust quickly to shifting approaches, situations, properties and priorities
Quality control, proofreading and double-checking work before release
Maintain and management of project files and resources
Skills and experience you will need:
Degree in design or equivalent work experience.
Must be proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
3+ years’ experience in a creative role, with a focus on Digital Design Advertising
Excellent communication skills with the ability to successfully pitch design concepts to cross-functional teams.
Attention to detail and time management.
Self-motivated team player who is willing to work extended hours as needed
Website design (UX/UI) experience a bonus
