Business Application Analyst - Toronto
The successful applicant will be a passionate and results oriented self-starter with the capability to foster and build upon relationships with new and existing talent.

Accountabilities include:
Maintain policy document template library and perform product configurations as requested
Triage and track application and system issues affecting the production environment, provide root cause analysis and, if possible, provide effective and timely resolution
Manage tickets (bugs and change requests) related to production support, ticket escalation to vendor
Coordinate application releases in production and staging environments with vendor
Pre-release testing and quality assurance
Perform trending analysis of problems to implement proactive solutions
Develop and document operating procedures for troubleshooting, product maintenance, and other processes related to the application support
Provide functional application orientation and training
Respond to ad-hoc requests for information to support end users by answering phone calls and emails, participating in conference calls and meetings when requested
Communication with all levels of internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business or information systems preferred
Experience in Financial Services and/or recent graduate
Previous production support and/or project management experience an asset
Bilingual in French and English an asset
