Position Summary
Reporting to the Vice President, Product and Process Innovation, the Manager will focus on improving process, communication, tracking, monitoring, and reporting for the broader Product Development team.
Key Accountabilities
Develop standardized reporting to be completed and automated in a consistent and timely manner for daily, weekly, and period KPI’s;
Help to design better tools to provide reports to other functions to create more transparency across the supply chain;
Develop and implement performance measurement to track new KPI’s as required;
Assist in managing reporting against a long list of cost reduction initiatives;
Assist in putting together data to support business cases;
Support in cost control across department;
Enhance and maintain reporting processes to support R&D and leadership team meetings;
Help with the training and on-boarding of the Product Development Team;
Support development of content for semi-annual meetings for the Product Development;
Requirements
University Degree in Business, or related field, preferred
Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in a project management
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Experience in complex project management
Experience and documented success in change management
