DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS - Role Overview
This role will be responsible for:
Responsible for the operational success of all corporate and franchise restaurant locations.
Operational excellence in all brand(s) and every restaurant location.
Hiring, training and development of all direct reports.
Creating development plans and goals for all team members.
Ensuring all budget and financial projections are achieved.
Developing strategies to achieve brand KPI’s and budgets.
Reporting on all KPI’s to measure and adjust.
Promoting from within where possible to great a culture of development retention and succession.
Creating a team and a culture of teamwork to foster communication, efficiency, diversity, problem solving and collaboration.
Skills & Qualifications:
Highly self-motivated and takes initiative.
Driven to succeed in all aspects.
Skilled communicator and negotiator that inspires positive change by building a picture of what success looks like and following through.
Have innate leadership qualities that make people naturally want to follow.
Able to adjust approach to lead and work with a wide range of individuals.
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Analytical and excels at problem-solving.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and juggle multiple priorities while adhering to processes and deadlines.
Requirements:
Minimum of five (5) years experience in a senior position in a Restaurant Franchise business.
Valid Driver's License, car.
Proficient on PC and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to travel when needed.
Able to work outside of regular hours when needed.
