Role Overview:
We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and organized Administrative Assistant to support our team with day-to-day administrative tasks. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. The ideal candidate will contribute to the smooth operation of our office and support various departments as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide general administrative and clerical support to management and staff
Answer and direct phone calls, respond to emails, and manage incoming correspondence
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for stakeholders
Prepare and edit documents, reports, presentations, and spreadsheets as required by any board members
Maintain electronic and physical filing systems
Order and manage office supplies and inventory
Support onboarding of new employees (Placing order of joining kit with vendors and follow up)
Assist with internal communications and event coordination help in finalizing vendors, Quotes and negotiations
Handle confidential information with discretion
Perform other administrative duties as assigned (Booking of flights, accommodation any other administrative work) for employees across the company as required.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required 2 to 4 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant reporting directly to senior management
Advanced Microsoft Office skills, with an ability to become familiar with firm-specific programs and software
Proficiency in collaboration and delegation of duties
Strong organizational, project management and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities
