Join our dynamic trading team as a Trading Support Technical Analyst, where you'll be the first line of defense for trading technology, ensuring smooth operations and driving innovation. This is a high-impact role that blends technical expertise, business analysis, and relationship management in a fast-paced environment. What You’ll Do Trading Technology Support Serve as the primary contact for trading-related technical issues. Troubleshoot and resolve application problems; perform root cause analysis to prevent recurrence. Application Performance & Upgrades Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues. Coordinate upgrades and enhancements with vendors and internal teams. Business Analysis & Automation Collaborate with trading and project teams to define project scope and objectives. Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement. Vendor & Stakeholder Collaboration Manage relationships with third-party vendors and exchanges. Work closely with Trading Technology Manager and support teams to align on priorities. Risk Awareness Escalate risks and errors promptly. Contribute to improving controls and reducing operational risk. What You Bring Skills & Knowledge Strong communication skills; able to translate business needs into technical solutions. Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Solid understanding of trading systems, FIX protocol, and capital markets. Experience with OMS/EMS platforms and market data systems. Experience 3–5 years in a trade support or business analyst role within capital markets. Familiarity with execution, middle/back office, and market data systems.
