Overview
The incumbent should have a strong focus on new business development to assist with attaining the company’s objectives. Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to (a) actively pursuing new business opportunities; (b) managing the renewal process for assigned client portfolio; (c) ensuring the retention of existing client accounts; and (d) maintaining optimal client satisfaction.

Attention to detail
About you
Professional certification in insurance (e.g. ACII, CIP or equivalent qualification)
At least 4 years’ general insurance experience
Formal Sales/Marketing training
Customer Service Training and experience
Proven track record of success in a broking environment
