The Role
Veeva is looking for a highly motivated individual with life science industry experience within the Safety (Pharmacovigilance) domain to drive customer success with our Veeva Safety Suite products.
As part of the Veeva Safety product team and broader Global Product Expert teams, your experience will play a key role in the Product organization. You will:
1. Develop rich relationships with key product users/influencers
2. Build and nurture highly engaged user communities by maintaining regular communication across various forums to deliver clear, impactful messaging that drives shared understanding, encourages product adoption, and enhances customer value
3. Represent the Product organization in customer meetings, online communities, with internal team education and at industry events – driving increased customer value through release education and product capability promotion
4. Serve as the Voice of the Customer by capturing and sharing their needs and industry insights with product managers to guide product decisions and design improvements, ultimately delivering better Safety solutions that drive regulatory compliance and operational efficiency
5. Collaborate effectively with Veeva field teams to drive customer success, product excellence, best practices (Good Vault Practice) and Veeva success!

What You'll Do
Be the product evangelist and provide subject matter expertise for the Veeva Safety productsStay up to date with the latest features and roadmap directionContribute to best practices and process recommendations within the Veeva Safety productsEngage with customer stakeholders to communicate product roadmap and visionProvide education to Veeva Safety customers in meetings and online communities; Communicating the problems we are solving, value delivered and product functionalityAct as the customer advocate by collecting and prioritizing feedback to inform product roadmaps, and collaborate with Product teams to create effective release communications and resourcesProvide cross-functional support to internal teams, including Services, Strategy, Sales, and Product Support
Requirements
5+ years within the life sciences industry, ideally within Pharmacovigilance (Safety)Experience in using and/or implementing Safety applications and processes including substantial experience working with case processing, safety operations, aggregate reporting and signal managementAbility to understand customer business requirements and to translate them to technical product requirements, preferences, and limitations – communicated to both business and technical stakeholdersAbility to understand technical specifications and software development documentation, and translate them to end users and business teamsExceptional attention to detail, organization, and communication skills

Compensation
Base pay: $75,000 - $150,000 CADThe salary range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential base salary range for this role. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range above or below, depending on experience and location. We look at compensation for each individual and base our offer on your unique qualifications, experience, and expected contributions. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation in addition to base salary, such as variable bonus and/or stock bonus.
