About the role
Eli is looking for a Product Intern to join our growing product team for a 6-month full-time co-op term.
You’ll contribute directly to building an app that helps users visualize and understand their hormonal health.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
QA testing the mobile app across iOS devices to validate user flows and journeys, identifying and documenting usability issues and edge cases before each release.
Conducting literature reviews on hormones and their relationship to health outcomes to support the development of new test interpretations and features.
Joining key user interviews to observe how real users interact with our product and help synthesize insights into actionable product improvements.
Collaborating with product design to create early prototypes and assist in designing new features that make hormonal data more intuitive and educational for users.
Partnering cross-functionally with developers, designers, and scientists to help bring new hormone tests and features to life.
About you
You have an undergraduate degree in engineering (ideally biomedical) and are looking for an internship, start date in January.
You are fluent in English, meticulous in your work, and excited about shaping products that impact real people’s health.
Requirements
Background in engineering (preferably biomedical)
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Strong attention to detail and organization
Comfortable with data-driven decision making and documentation
Based in Montreal, Quebec, Canada
A Canadian citizen, or permanent resident or a protected person as defined by the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act
Legally entitled to work in Canada
Legally entitled to work according to the relevant provincial/territorial legislation and regulations
Nice to haves
Experience with Figma or other prototyping tools
Previous experience testing mobile apps or contributing to product QA
Interest in women’s health, physiology, or digital health innovation
