About the Opportunity
We’re looking for a driven and accountable Sales Manager to lead and elevate our growing team at Protocase Canada.
As the Sales Manager (Canada), you’ll:
Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Account Executives and Account Managers in our Sydney, Nova Scotia headquarters.
Take full ownership of sales outcomes—developing strategies, setting targets, and ensuring goals are met or exceeded.
Foster a high-performance, collaborative culture with an emphasis on accountability, results, and customer satisfaction.
Work closely with marketing, operations, and technical teams to align sales efforts and drive strong customer experiences.
Analyze sales metrics, evaluate team performance, and use data to continually improve tactics and results.
Build strong relationships with key clients and help open new opportunities across engineering, design, and tech sectors.
About You
Our ideal candidate is a flexible thinker with strong problem-solving skills who is passionate about sales leadership and continuous improvement.
Here’s what you’ll need to succeed:
Education:
A Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)
Experience:
Minimum 5 years in a sales leadership role (or managing a team of sales professionals), preferably in manufacturing, engineering, or technology sectors
Skills:
Proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets and margins
Strong analytical abilities and flexible thinking—comfortable with data, metrics, and turning insights into action
Experience working across disciplines to drive projects and influence operations, marketing, and product decisions
Excellent leadership, coaching, and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams
A self-starting attitude and strong time management skills
