Position Summary:
The Tube Park Supervisor (Evenings) is responsible for overseeing all tube park staff and operations of the park during evening shifts. The Tube Park Supervisor will work with the Operations Manager to ensure all tube park operations are running smoothly and that all staff are properly trained. Will be required to assist guests with concerns and questions they may have. Treating all staff and guests with a friendly manner.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Directly responsible for the evening operation of tube park (lift loading, unloading area, signage, lighting, snow tubes, chutes, run out areas, entrance/exits ways, garbage, ticket collection, crowd control, and most importantly public safety).
- Resolving any staff or guest concerns.
- Ensure the cleanliness of the property and its buildings are of the highest standards.
- Ensuring all tube park staff are adequately trained on all aspects of operation.
Qualifications:
- Prior supervisor experience preferred.
- Ability to be on their feet for a full shift, up to 8 hours, while standing outdoors in all weather conditions (cold, windy, snowing).
- Be flexible with their schedule, primarily working evening shifts, weekend, holidays, and some day shifts.
- Ability to motivate a team of employee’s day to day.
