What you’ll do:
Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor you will be responsible for:
Demonstrating Four Rivers Co-operative’s values of Responsibility, Integrity, Service, and Excellence
Working co-operatively with team members who deliver excellent service to make all guests of our
Co-op feel “at home here.”
Providing proper storage of yard and warehouse merchandise
Unloading supplier trucks and loading customer vehicles and coordinating the proper warehousing of products
Performing general upkeep of the facility including keeping yard and storage areas organized and clean
Developing and maintaining effective business relationships with customers and coworkers
Following all company and industrial regulations, policies, and procedures including Health and Safety program are always adhered to
What you bring:
Experience in the Agriculture industry in a similar position considered an asset
Self-motivated with a positive attitude and the ability to work outside in all weather conditions
Being a team member with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple demands
Comfortable working in a warehouse set up environment
Able to repetitively pull, lift and carry 50 lbs throughout each shift
Able to work in a fast-paced environment, delivering customer service that goes that extra mile
A team member with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Committed to quality with an eye for detail
