THE ROLE
The Marketing Coordinator, Graphics & Web is key in supporting the Marketing team through creative production, content development, and digital channel management. This position ensures brand messaging is clear, consistent, and engaging across all platforms. Working under the guidance of the Creative Lead, the Marketing Coordinator contributes to campaigns, maintains web properties, and provides design and communication support to enhance the company's visibility, strengthen its digital presence, and drive adoption of marketing initiatives.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Creative & Design Support
Collaborate with the Creative Lead and product managers to support creative requests.
Produce high-quality graphics and web assets in line with brand guidelines.
Research competitor and industry best practices for creative strategy and apply insights to design execution.
Digital & Web Management
Maintain and update content across the corporate website to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Support the development of a website rebuild and contribute to the transition toward e-commerce functionality.
Ensure web content is optimized for usability, accessibility, and search performance.
Campaign & Content Development
Collect and prepare background information for campaign briefs.
Support newsletters: gather, edit, and format content for monthly distribution.
Assist in creating and adapting content for internal graphics, training, and marketing collateral.
Maintain branded templates and assist with copy editing.
Collaboration & Cross-Functional Support
Work closely with product managers and other internal teams to align creative outputs with business goals.
Provide responsive support to internal stakeholders for marketing-related design and communication needs.
Contribute to a culture of consistency, quality, and innovation across marketing deliverables
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
1–2 years marketing/communications experience (entry-level role)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
Experience with web content management systems (WordPress or similar platforms)
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
Detail-oriented, able to juggle multiple priorities
Team player, strong collaborator
