📌 About the Role
As a member of the Customer Enablement Team, the Digital Forms Developer plays a critical role in helping our customers run their business. The insurance industry is a heavily regulated environment that requires a considerable amount of documentation to minimize risk and justify work. This role is focused on building paper based forms into fillable digital documents using our proprietary forms engine. In this position your output allows customers to accelerate their onboarding process and drive product adoption which in turn contributes directly to the company’s revenue growth.
đź”§ Key Responsibilities
Liaise with Customers and Internal Stakeholders to interpret, suggest improvements, convert and deploy existing Word/PDF or other document types into fillable PDF documents that reside in the Encircle platform
Prioritize and manage requests for digital documents that flow into the ticket tracking system
Create tasks needed to schedule the building of the digital documents by reviewing, organizing and sizing the work effort
Successfully build, test and deploy the digital forms to the customers account based on a weekly schedule of deliverables
Make changes or improvements to existing digital documents as requested
Seek clarification from a wide range of contributors including the Customer, Customer Success Manager, Sales, Customer Support and Product Management
Identify recurring issues, recommend potential solutions and best practices for the future development of the Encircle Forms system
Assist in writing training documentation for creating fillable and accessible forms/documents
Meet competitive SLA’s for turnaround time

You have exceptional time management skills, good judgment and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. While the platform requires you to follow a standard to ensure consistent look and feel, you are able to collaborate with the customer to creatively translate their business needs into a standard format. Preference will be given to candidates who have proven ability to produce high-quality digital outputs in a fast-paced work environment under time constraints.
Experience in a digital environment and able to work remotely with reliable internet connection.
Must possess excellent computer skills with above average knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Suite (Gmail, Drive, Google Docs, Google Sheets) and Adobe
Must be proficient in Business English and possess good organizational and time management skills.
Must possess excellent communication, grammar and spelling skills.
Performs other duties as assigned which are directly related to the major responsibilities of the job.
