What is J FORCE?
J FORCE is an entertainment group that enhances the stadium atmosphere. This team is an integral part of the game experience at the ballpark; providing entertainment during home games, while serving as brand ambassadors for the Club both at the ballpark and in the community. J FORCE is an extension of the entertainment on the field and help make life-long memories for Blue Jays fans at Rogers Centre and within our community.
What are we looking for?
J FORCE is looking for individuals who are energetic, athletic and comfortable in front of large crowds. Candidates must also be able to execute simple dance choreography, work effectively in a team environment, have exceptional communication skills and must be knowledgeable about our team and the game of baseball!
Performance and Promotional Roles
Within the team there are two roles, promotional members and performance members. Promotional members are responsible for all things fan experience, taking charge of executing in-game promotions and serving as brand ambassadors on game days. Performance members are responsible for more technical, high-energy, and fan-focused pump-ups in the crowd and around the ballpark.
Technical qualifications

Training in dance, cheer, theatre/performance, on-camera and/or broadcasting are an asset
Currently enrolled or graduate of post-secondary programs in Dance, Marketing, Radio & Television, Sport Management, or Early Childhood Education are an asset but not required
Experience in customer service an asset
Ability and willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays
Applicants must be 19 years of age or older to be considered
What is the commitment?
All J FORCE members must be committed to working all 81 home games of the 2026 regular baseball season, as well as postseason and any additional promotional or themed events as required. Candidates must be available on Wednesday nights for all team rehearsals starting at the beginning of January. Candidates must also be able to attend more frequent daily rehearsals throughout the two weeks leading up to Thursday, March 26 for Opening Day. With offseason events and rehearsals, being a member of J FORCE will be a 10-month commitment throughout 2026.

What should I expect if I’m selected for the audition?
All candidates must be available for in-person auditions on Sunday, December 7, 2025. Candidates will learn various interactive routines, including the 7th Inning Stretch and Promotional Skits.
Will there be a prep class?
Yes! Selected candidates will be invited to attend one of two audition prep classes offered which will provide an in-depth breakdown of choreography ahead of the audition day.
