About the Role: We are seeking a Salesforce Solutions Lead to take ownership of our Salesforce platform and drive governance, optimization, and adoption across CAAT. This role is critical to transforming Salesforce into a centralized, well-governed system that supports our business growth and delivers actionable insights. You will partner with stakeholders across the organization to define requirements, implement enhancements, and ensure system integrity. You’ll lead governance practices, champion change management, and deliver reporting and analytics that inform strategic decisions in a fast-paced, agile environment. As the Newest Member of our Team, You’ll: Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams. Lead Salesforce governance and compliance practices to maintain data quality, security, and regulatory standards. Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions. Manage platform enhancements, integrations, and change requests. Oversee and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new features and releases. Deliver reporting and analytics for leadership and board-level visibility. Design and deliver training programs to promote adoption and maximize user effectiveness. Champion change management initiatives for smooth rollout of platform changes. Provide mentorship and establish best practices for Salesforce administration. To Succeed, You Bring: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or IT Management (or equivalent work experience). 10+ years of Salesforce administration experience, including 5+ years leading programs or functions. Salesforce Administrator certification is considered an asset. Proven track record in Salesforce governance, optimization, and stakeholder engagement. Strong knowledge of Salesforce reporting, dashboards, and analytics. Experience with integrations and data management; familiarity with agile methodologies. Financial services experience strongly preferred; B2B environment experience is ideal. Power BI and data visualization skills (nice to have). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders at all levels and translate business needs into technical solutions. Strong leadership qualities with strategic thinking and problem-solving ability, combined with resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced, agile environment. A proactive, collaborative mindset with the ability to drive change management and training initiatives effectively.
