The TELUS Solutions Delivery Customer Program Management Office & Solutions Readiness (SD CPMO&SR) Support team is passionate about providing best-in-class project management, solutions and operational readiness support to TELUS SD CPMO&SR team members enabling them to meet customer delivery commitments.

What you'll do:
As a member of the SD CPMO&SR Support team you will support the day to day operations and process/tool development for the overall SD CPMO&SR team. In this role you will:
Own development of executive presentations, Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports, team newsletters and administration of tools, data repositories and distribution lists
Work, support and collaborate with a passionate team driven by the desire to deliver best-in-class customer experience
Grow and evolve your business analysis and project coordination skills to drive process and tool evolution
Demonstrate your ability to facilitate requirements gathering, develop business cases, provide options and recommendations, document processes, give guidance to system development teams and develop and deliver training
Gain exposure to and grow your knowledge of TELUS operations, financial practices, value chain process, bid management workflow and client project management discipline
Expand your knowledge by learning about our customer’s businesses across various industries
Have the ability to influence and shape best practices and strategy on the team
Advanced knowledge of English is required because you will most of the time interact in English with internal parties (colleagues, internal partners, stakeholders, etc.); and work with IT tools whose interface is only accessible in English as part of this position's main responsibilities given its national scope.Qualifications

Ability to work independently to achieve results, including analyzing and understanding complex information and developing clear and relevant communications
Proficient in MS Office tools and/or Google Suite
Excellent time management, prioritization, project coordination & organizational skills
Creative approaches to solving business problems
Keen passion for working in a dynamic, high-performance culture
At least a post secondary diploma and 3+ years related experience
Great-to-haves
Knowledge in Six Sigma or ITSM methodology
PMP, ITIL or other relevant certification
Strong understanding of TELUS Business Solutions systems & tools, products and services, organizational delivery capabilities, and end-to-end processes
Experience dealing/communicating effectively across different areas of the organization
Experience developing and implementing business improvement solutions
