Amazon Business (AB) is re-inventing B2B eCommerce by offering business
customers of all sizes the same advantages Amazon has already brought to
consumers including broad selection, low pricing, and great customer service.
Worldwide Amazon Business Operations is building the operations and supply chain
solutions that will enable AB’s rapid growth by re-engineering many parts of our
supply chain to offer bulk, consolidated, pallet, and many other parcel delivery
services that business customers require.
Key job responsibilities
- Perform first-level triage and resolution of data quality support tickets,
including investigation of data discrepancies, validation of report outputs, and
documentation of issue resolution steps
- Conduct regular quality assurance reviews of datasets, standardized reports,
and dashboards to identify potential data integrity issues, inconsistencies, or
anomalies before they impact downstream processes
- Monitor and maintain ETL pipeline performance according to established SOPs,
including tracking job execution, investigating failed runs, and coordinating
with engineering teams for resolution of complex issues
- Create and maintain documentation for quality control processes,
troubleshooting guides, and known issue resolutions to build the team's
knowledge base
- Assist in developing and refining data quality metrics, thresholds, and alerts
to improve proactive monitoring capabilities
A day in the life
Your day will be a blend of monitoring ETL pipelines for order and shipping
data, investigating discrepancies in business customer reports, and responding
to data quality support tickets. You'll work closely with Product and Program
Managers to validate dashboard accuracy and troubleshoot issues, while
maintaining documentation of quality processes and coordinating with engineering
teams on more complex problems that impact B2B order processing and fulfillment
metrics.

support experience
- Experience troubleshooting and debugging technical systems
- Knowledge of data structures, data modeling, and database schema Preferred
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree
- Knowledge of SQL
