The Toronto Blue Jays are hiring for the 2026 season!
Be a part of Canada’s only Major League Baseball Club, the Toronto Blue Jays! Reporting to the Warehouse Operations Manager, the Warehouse Associate will play a large role in our commitment to deliver an exceptional fan experience. In this role you will contribute to the fan experience by receiving, picking, and delivering inventory to Jays Shop locations accurately and efficiently. Please note that these are seasonal roles aligned with the baseball and Rogers Centre events schedule, spanning from approximately February to November 2026.
This is a part-time contract position with the possibility of extension.

Responsibilities:
Receiving
Process all incoming shipments:
Unload product from trucks.
Match products in shipment to purchase order/packing slip.
Inspect, sort, count & verify inventory.
Verify retail price and UPCs (by size) in inventory management system.
Inspect incoming and outgoing products for defects, damages, and accurate labelling.
Stage product for delivery and/or stage product for put away into corresponding location.
Fulfillment of Orders
(Orders by way of replenishment, transfers, return to vendor, damages and/or donations.)
Print & prepare orders for picking activities.
Pick orders with precision and speed.
Stage for packing activities.
Pack, label, check orders, and stage for shipping activities.
Deliver to retail locations on-site.
Maintain clear and organized documentation that is shared with Warehouse Lead(s) / Inventory Lead to process inventory in the Blue Jays backend system.
Cycle Counts & Annual Physical Inventory Audit
Participate in performing accurate warehouse inventory counts on a periodic basis.
Actively participate in the seasonal stadium set up and end-of-season inventory consolidations from retail locations back to the warehouse.
Execute all annual physical inventory audit prep-work.
Mandatory participation in the annual physical inventory audit.
General
Maintain a clean & safe workspace.
On-going organization of physical inventory in on-site merchandise warehouse locations
Maintain equipment, tools, carts, and supplies.
Organize & maintain inventory of packing materials (bins, boxes, pallets, supplies, etc.).
When required, complete jersey customization services (training provided).
Ensure application of WE CARE and CLEAR service principles are present in all interactions with colleagues and fans.
Be a safety ambassador by following and enforcing all health and safety all Rogers Centre employees and fans.
Other operational and administration duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Must be able to work all 81 home games (evenings, weekends, and holidays) and other Rogers Centre concerts/events as required.
Flexible shifts as required and overtime as needed to align with Rogers Centre Live Sports & Entertainment calendar of events - shifts times are varied based on Rogers Centre/Toronto Blue Jays Event Schedule, including days/evenings, weekdays/weekends and holidays.
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse environment.
Ability to work and excel under pressure in a fast-paced team environment.
Willing to support internal departments as necessary.
Comfortable using a computer or inventory handhelds; experience with inventory management systems is an asset.
Physical stamina and mobility including ability to lift, carry, kneel, bend, and reach; Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
Licensed for lift truck (Class 1-7) is an asset.
Have used hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other necessary warehouse equipment.
Passion for sports and knowledge of the game of baseball and Toronto Blue Jays is preferred.
A service-oriented team player with a commitment to a high quality of work; thorough knowledge and adherence to company policies and procedures.
Able to develop and maintain positive relationships with team members and demonstrate Blue Jays CLEAR values.
Self-starter who can multitask projects at a time and meet deadlines.
Must be legally able to work in Canada.
