Two Roles: Electrical Engineer ( Senior & Intermediate)
As an Electrical Engineer at LRL, you’ll support senior engineers while taking on exciting design and project responsibilities. This role blends technical excellence, teamwork, and real impact.
Design & Technical Execution
Deliver high-quality, code-compliant designs
Support drafting with technical markups and input
Prepare reports, specifications, and calculations
Visit sites to gather data and verify designs
Project Coordination
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and consultants
Join project meetings and keep teams aligned
Assist with proposals, schedules, and cost estimates
Documentation & Quality
Review design documents for accuracy
Support QA/QC on deliverables
Take design liability and stamp as EOR when required
Construction Administration
Conduct field reviews and answer contractor questions
Provide technical guidance during construction
What You Bring
Degree in Electrical Engineering (required)
P.Eng designation (required)
Bilingualism (French & English required)
5+ years of industry experience for the Intermediate Role
10+ years of industry experience for the Senior Role
Strong knowledge of Ontario electrical/building codes
Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD (ETAP/EasyPower is a plus)
Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
What’s In It For You
$80,000 – $130,000 salary (based on experience & role)
