The role ensures that all processing parameters such as temperature, pressure, and hold times comply with validated process specifications, HACCP standards, and company procedures. By ensuring the integrity and accuracy of thermal processing records, the incumbent helps safeguard product safety, sterility, and regulatory compliance in the aseptic manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Retrieve, review, and verify JUMO charts from aseptic processing equipment (e.g., UHT systems, sterilizers, holding tubes, and fillers).
Confirm that process parameters meet the required sterilization and aseptic hold time specifications for each product and batch.
Validate chart accuracy, including time, date, and equipment identification, and ensure data is consistent with batch documentation.
Identify, document, and escalate any process deviations, temperature excursions, or out-of-specification readings detected during chart reviews.
Cross-check charts with production logs, CIP/SIP records, and batch reports for consistency.
Ensure chart traceability and data integrity in compliance with HACCP, CFIA, FDA, and company data management procedures.
Maintain and organize chart review records, including approvals, comments, and corrective actions.
Collaborate with Production, Maintenance, and Quality teams to investigate and resolve equipment or process-related discrepancies.
Participate in internal audits, validation reviews, and root cause investigations related to aseptic process deviations.
Assist in verifying instrument calibration and JUMO system accuracy during preventive maintenance or process validation.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize data review efficiency and enhance process reliability.
