Role reports to: PEOPLE LEAD TALENT ACQUISITION Location: North America, Canada, Ontario, Markham Work Location: Hybrid What you will do The Talent Access Partner is responsible for identifying, assessing and delivering qualified talent that will provide a competitive advantage to the company. You will serve as a strategic recruiter/talent advisor, develop a keen understanding of the company's long and short-term strategies, and promote agile thinking through a fast, adaptive and iterative recruiting approach. This position reports into Talent Access Lead, Canada and is based in Markham, ON Canada or consideration for remote based within Ontario or Quebec. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement innovative strategies to attract top talent in alignment with the company's goals and values Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide creative solutions to meet their talent acquisition requirements Utilize social media and other creative platforms to build a strong employer brand and attract a diverse pool of candidates Conduct thorough candidate assessments and interviews to ensure a high-quality hiring process Actively manage relationships with hiring managers by setting clear expectations, managing risks, following up and setting clear deadlines and responsibilities during the recruiting process Lead the whole candidate experience to ensure the sourcing, recruiting, offer, onboarding and communication processes run smoothly contributing to a positive candidate experience Develop a keen understanding of the company's long and short-term strategies, with a special focus on its different growth drivers and innovation pipeline Manage talent data and translate into our talent story with external elements like market data and insights What we are looking for Required Qualifications: University/bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration or a related field Minimum of 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment Fully bilingual in English and French Strong customer service skills and experience working with a variety of stakeholders Proven ability to recruit top talent and ability to negotiate and advise on complex compensation packages Desired Qualifications: Experience with social media and other creative recruitment platforms Proven track record of sourcing and hiring top talent Ability to think creatively and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment Experience in developing and implementing recruitment strategies Knowledge of HR recruitment practices including compensation, global mobility, employment law, interviewing and sourcing strategies What’s in it for you Competitive Benefit Package Paid Company Holidays, Paid Vacation, Volunteer Time & More!
