Responsibilities:
Oversee daily ERP-related logistics operations including order processing, inventory tracking, shipment coordination, and data integrity.
Maintain accurate and timely data entry across all logistics modules within the in-house ERP system.
Serve as the primary liaison between logistics teams and IT for ERP-related troubleshooting, updates, and enhancements.
Train logistics staff on ERP usage, workflows, and best practices to ensure consistent and efficient system adoption.
Monitor and enforce data governance policies to ensure clean, reliable, and auditable records.
Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to streamline ERP workflows and improve operational efficiency.
Support inventory control processes by ensuring ERP reflects real-time stock levels, cycle counts, and adjustments.
Identify and report system inefficiencies, bugs, or user challenges to the ERP development team for resolution.
Generate and distribute regular reports on inventory, order status, shipping performance, and other logistics KPIs.
Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements related to logistics data and ERP usage.
Highlight discrepancies, delays, or bottlenecks in ERP processes to management for timely resolution.
Skills:
Strong understanding of logistics workflows and how they integrate with ERP systems.
High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting.
Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving ERP-related issues.
Ability to translate operational needs into system requirements and vice versa.
Experience with training and supporting end users on software platforms.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify trends or anomalies.
Excellent communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with inventory control principles and logistics terminology.
Comfortable working with spreadsheets, dashboards, and reporting tools.
