Responsabilités Installer, configurer, gérer et maintenir les bases de données; Assurer la santé, la résilience, la performance et l’optimisation des bases de données; Mettre en place et suivre les procédures de contrôle opérationnel, de support et d’inventaire; Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes de développement et de support applicatif pour fournir une assistance technique; Participer aux astreintes (heures ouvrées et non ouvrées, week-ends et jours fériés selon rotation); Configurer et maintenir les procédures de sauvegarde et de restauration des bases de données; Rédiger et maintenir la documentation technique; Gérer et mettre en œuvre les changements sur les bases de données, en garantissant leur qualité; Réaliser la planification de capacité des bases de données; Contribuer à la mise en œuvre de la stratégie du groupe/équipe et accompagner les autres membres. Qualifications Diplôme universitaire en informatique ou expérience équivalente; Minimum 6 ans d’expérience sur SQL Server (2016–2022); 3 ans ou plus sur Oracle (19c / 12c) sous Unix/Linux; 2 ans ou plus sur PostgreSQL; Expérience pratique en optimisation de performance (Oracle Optimizer, MSSQL Tuning); Expérience en développement d’outils ou d’automatisations (Python, PowerShell, Shell); Solide expérience dans un environnement critique (banque d’investissement, production 24/7); Esprit d’équipe, rigueur, autonomie et excellente communication écrite et orale; Bonne compréhension de l’architecture de bases de données et des processus de migration ou mise à niveau; Certification en administration de bases de données (SQL Server, Oracle ou PostgreSQL) – un atout; Maîtrise de l'anglais est requise, le poste demandant de communiquer avec des clients à l'extérieur du Québec.
