Description
Under the supervision and direction of the Program Director, the FIT Clinical Team Lead is responsible for carrying a variable caseload, providing support and advocacy to parents/ caregivers, monitoring the FIT team service delivery, and supervising the FIT team members, including Clinicians, Paraprofessionals, and Family Partners.

Provide training, supervision, and support to the FIT Team
Support the FIT Team in skills development to work with families from diverse backgrounds, promote positive interactions with families, and foster positive working relationships with providers and organizations
Carry a caseload, amount based on program need
Support the program and its entire staff in developing skills in clinical intervention, case planning, care management, and crisis response and interventions.
Monitor services, authorizations, and ensure staff compliance with policy and program procedures.
Participate in meetings, trainings, and evaluations and quality management activities; and ensure staff participation in training, evaluation, and quality management activities
Collaborate with CSA leadership in an ongoing manner to address staffing needs/wider program concerns
Collaborate with external providers and participate in marketing opportunities
Monitor and assign program referrals
Shares 24/7 on-call duties on a rotating weekly basis with staff identified in collaboration with the CSA leadership team and VP of Outreach Services
Perform other duties as required
Travel Required
Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation that meets CFS Driver Policy. Travel is required to provide services in different settings and to attend agency meetings, events, and trainings

Qualifications
The FIT Clinical Team Lead Supervisor must minimally be an Independently Licensed Master’s level clinician (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT preferred) with experience in providing behavioral health services to youth/ families. Must have familiarity with crisis interventions. Experience with home-based or Wraparound is preferred. Experience as a caregiver of a youth with special needs or mental health needs is preferred. Must be or willing to be certified with Massachusetts CANS. Availability during evening/weekend hours is required.
