As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a key role in supporting the launch and growth of a new Canadian subsidiary for a leading European aftermarket parts supplier. This position focuses on managing existing customer relationships, identifying new opportunities, and ensuring the highest level of service to agricultural and industrial clients across Canada. You will manage a portfolio of dealer accounts, handle inbound and outbound sales activities, and collaborate closely with Outside Sales and Technical Support. Reporting to the Country Manager (Canada) and coordinating with international leadership, you will represent a globally respected brand in agricultural and construction machinery parts.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Base Salary: $62,000 – $65,000 with bonus
1st-Year OTE: $71,000 – $76,000

THE LOCATION
Primary Base: Greater Toronto Area (Hybrid model)
Travel/Training: International onboarding and product training in Germany
TYPICAL DAY & DUTIES
Customer Relationship Management
Manage and retain an assigned portfolio of dealer and wholesale accounts (national scope)
Build strong relationships with equipment dealers, parts departments, and service shops
Handle inbound calls, process orders, and provide technical product support
Proactively reach out to promote new product lines and drive repeat sales
Sales & Service Excellence
Diagnose customer needs; recommend accurate aftermarket parts and solutions
Collaborate with Outside Sales and Technical Inside Sales to resolve issues and win opportunities
Meet or exceed KPIs tied to activity, accuracy, conversion, and customer satisfaction
Maintain accurate account data, pipeline, and activities in CRM (Microsoft Dynamics experience is an asset)
Operational Support & Coordination
Partner with logistics/warehouse to ensure timely fulfillment and proactive communication
Support promotions, campaigns, and initiatives developed with international leadership
Assist with essential administrative tasks to keep operations running smoothly
Continuous Learning
Participate in regular product training and knowledge-sharing
Stay current on agricultural technology, machinery trends, and new product introductions

QUALIFICATIONS
Bilingual (English/French) strongly preferred
2–5 years of inside sales/account management, ideally in agricultural, construction machinery, or industrial products
Technical aptitude (engines, gears, hydraulics) or willingness to learn complex product lines
Customer-first communicator with strong follow-up, organization, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM; Microsoft Dynamics experience preferred
Collaborative team player comfortable in a hybrid office model
