Description: This is a lecture/seminar course that will discuss advanced topics in human virology. The course focus will be on human viruses, pathogenicity in human hosts, and current literature on emerging pathogens.

Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience teaching Special Topics in Virology at UTSC is an asset.
Duties: Specific duties include designing and delivering lectures, guiding student discussions and assessing oral presentations, designing and marking writing assignments, design and delivery of data collection exercises, preparation of a final exam, marking/grading, office hours and miscellaneous clerical tasks.
