Laserfiche Administration
Manage users and access rights
Configure and update permission settings for Laserfiche Forms
Provide end-user support and troubleshoot issues
Maintain and optimize repository performance
Active Directory Management
Administer user and group accounts
Implement and monitor access control policies
Enforce password and account security standards
Ensure compliance with organizational security requirements
OpenText Administration
Manage user access and permissions
Oversee content and repository administration
Implement records management policies
Perform system maintenance and provide technical support
Required Qualifications
Experience:
2+ years (within the last 5 years) of experience with Laserfiche, Active Directory, and OpenText
Strong understanding of security and compliance best practices
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Our client requires an Intermediate Laserfiche Administrator to come support their Electronic Content Management (ECM) system. This resource will be providing administrative support which will include managing permissions within Laserfiche, including setting access for specific areas, organizing folder structures, and handling files. It also includes metadata management to ensure proper classification and governance of documents.
