Role reports to: Customer Leader, Walmart & Omni Location: North America, Canada, Ontario, Markham Work Location: Hybrid What you will do The Customer Omnichannel Manager for Walmart will lead transformational customer-specific Omni/eCommerce strategy development and execution, in conjunction with key internal and external partners, locally and globally. This will be achieved through thought leadership in connected commerce, advanced analytics, external landscape audits and robust external joint value partnerships. In addition, the role will be responsible for driving profitable growth through the execution of omnichannel/eCommerce fundamentals and activations, assigned investment management, and omnichannel/eCommerce analytics/insights. Key Responsibilities: Build strategic partnerships with dedicated retailer omnichannel/eCommerce business partners Own the development of an omnichannel/eCommerce joint business plan that reflects both Kenvue brands and retailer’s strategies and objectives to drive mutual profitable growth Close partnership with brand managers to ensure retailer activation alignment with brand strategy Execute and shape omnichannel/eCommerce strategies, fundamentals (e.g. assortment, content, promos) and programs in collaboration with Sales/Marketing/eCommerce partners and retail eCommerce partners Own, track and optimize assigned omnichannel/eCommerce investment Utilize analytics and insights to measure and optimize eCommerce strategies, fundamentals and programs, utilizing standardized digital metrics Conduct regular external omnichannel/eCommerce landscape audit to find opportunities Work with Global team to devise internal and external strategies on eCommerce and digital strategy Qualifications Education, Experience and Skills: A University degree is required, preferably in Business, Marketing, Sales or another related field. Minimum of 4-6 years of dynamic sales experience (customer-facing), or a combination of Marketing and Sales; Consumer Packaged Goods experience preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word) Knowledge of Nielsen – market share and/or retailer POS databases (ex: Retail Link) Proven leadership and delivery of consistently strong results A grasp of strategic marketing with experience in: digital/ brand planning / new product development/ content and campaign development with digital first approach A strong understanding of ecommerce and omni channel development in Canada Strong ability to lead through ambiguity and shape new outcomes.
