The Product Coordinator supports the Product team in the planning, coordination, and execution of product development and go-to-market activities for Play Products, licensed items and branded merchandise for all of 3 core brands (Ski-Doo, Sea-Doo and Can-Am). They act as a bridge between cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, operations, supply chain, and design) to ensure smooth delivery of products on time and within scope.
YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
Product Development Support
Coordinate timelines, samples, and deliverables between internal teams and external partners/suppliers.
Assist in preparing product briefs, specifications, and documentation.
Track product progress from concept to launch, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
Help manage SKU lists, product catalogs, and technical information.
Cross-Functional Coordination
Communicate updates and follow-ups with departments such as design, marketing, production, and logistics.
Organize and attend meetings, record notes, and follow up on action items.
Support the alignment between product, marketing, and sales teams to ensure consistent product information and availability.
Data & Reporting
Maintain product databases, pricing sheets, and launch trackers.
Monitor key product metrics such as cost, margin, and sales performance.
Prepare regular status reports for management and assist with forecasts or post-launch reviews.
Launch Preparation
Assist in coordinating product photography, packaging, and marketing materials.
Ensure all launch assets (descriptions, visuals, pricing, SKUs) are ready and accurate.
Collaborate with operations/logistics to ensure timely product delivery to market.
Administrative & Support Tasks
Manage product samples and assist with internal/external presentations.
Support quality assurance checks and assist in resolving product issues.
Keep documentation organized and accessible for all stakeholders.

Proficient with project management tools and Excel/Google Sheets.
Interest or background in product development, marketing, or supply chain is an asset.
