Coordinate onboarding and follow up with new hires for a smooth experience. Track probationary evaluations with managers. Implement initiatives to improve morale and reduce turnover. Organize engagement activities and support internal communications. Promote community involvement, university relations, and volunteer programs. Your Background Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field. 2–5 years of experience in recruitment and/or HR generalist roles. Proficiency in MS Office applications. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail. Sound judgment and ability to handle confidential information. Strong presentation and public speaking skills.
