MOBILE PATROL SUPERVISOR
As a Mobile Supervisor, you'll be responsible for leading and motivating a team of security officers and establish team compliance with all protocols. This is not an office job, you be actively, patrolling and responding to calls. Leading by example, you will also ensure the professionalism and deportment of security officers in the unit, including coaching, mentoring, training, and performance management.
Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:00am - 3:00pm
Pay rate: $25.00/hour
Your Must-Haves:
BC Security Workers License
Class 5 Drivers License & a clean driver’s abstract
Experience in a supervisor role
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated experience in preparing and reviewing security reports
Proficient with MS Office and comfortable with using computers
Ability to obtain and maintain security clearances
Sound knowledge of TrackTik Security Software
Ability to respond to all communications by phone and email in a timely manner
Job Responsibilities:
Coordination and supervision of all field operations including HomeWatch and Alarm Response programs
Schedule mobile patrols using TrackTick Security Software
Responsible for the management and maintenance of fleet vehicles
Report writing and reviewing all staff reports
Complete scheduled mobile patrols, respond to alarm calls and emergencies
Meet with new clients and complete site assessments
Assist with scheduling regular shifts and vacation coverage
Other duties as required
