Discover Lifemark Edmonton: A Community of Collaboration and Care
Whether it’s supporting athletes in recovery, guiding post-surgical patients on
their path to mobility, or helping clients regain confidence after injury, our
Edmonton region clinics offer physiotherapists the chance to make a real impact
- in spaces designed for growth and collaboration. From the clean, bright, and
connected environment of our St. Albert clinic, surrounded by medical offices
and surgical specialists, to the welcoming and well-established Active Physio
Works Tudor Glen, known for its mentorship, and strong community ties, each
setting provides the tools and teamwork to thrive. Add to that the dynamic,
multidisciplinary energy of Lifemark Sport Institute, where physiotherapists
work shoulder-to-shoulder with physicians, surgeons, and other health experts,
and you’ll find Edmonton offers more than a job. It’s a network of
professionals who care deeply about people, their progress, and each other.
Your impact
As a Lifemark physiotherapist, you’ll be a vital member of a multidisciplinary
team, empowering individuals to overcome challenges, improve their mobility, and
achieve their health goals. You'll be more than a care provider; you'll be an
educator, motivator, and problem-solver, lifting people up, meeting people where
they are in their health journeys, sharing knowledge, and delivering
top-quality, patient-centered care. In this role, you will:
• Develop personalized, evidence-informed care plans to support individual
rehabilitation and wellness goals.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient-centric
care and achieve optimal outcomes.
• Build the next generation through mentorship and leadership (as assigned).
• Stay current with best practices through continuous learning and
professional development.
• Utilize modern tools, including e-charting and digital communication, to
streamline your workflow.
• Partner with therapy assistants and kinesiologists to maximize clinical
impact.
• Educate patients and their families on recovery, prevention, and
self-management strategies.
Are you the right fit?
We're seeking a compassionate clinician who leads with empathy and integrity. A
great listener, a clear communicator, and someone who seeks to understand what
motivates our patients to guide how to personalize a plan of care to meet their
needs. Above all, you are driven to grow – both professionally and personally.
Key skills and qualifications include:
• Active license in good standing with your provincial regulatory college.
• Professional liability insurance (as required).
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a patient-first mindset.
• Enthusiasm for mentoring, participating in clinic events, and sharing
knowledge.
• 1–2+ years of outpatient clinic experience (preferred; new grads with
provisional licenses are encouraged to apply!).
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
