We are seeking a skilled Spray Foam Installer to join our construction team. This role involves installing spray foam insulation in residential and commercial buildings, ensuring energy efficiency and proper sealing. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction practices, be detail-oriented, and capable of working safely in various environments. Prior experience with caulking, hand tools, and blueprint reading is highly desirable. Responsibilities
Prepare work sites by setting up scaffolding, ladders, and safety equipment
Apply spray foam insulation accurately according to project specifications and blueprints
Use hand tools and caulking to seal gaps and ensure proper insulation coverage
Read and interpret blueprints to determine the scope of work and installation requirements
Operate spray foam equipment safely and efficiently while adhering to safety protocols
Assist with site cleanup and ensure work areas are maintained in a clean, safe condition
Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and meet quality standards
Experience
Previous experience with caulking, hand tools, and construction is preferred
Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings is a plus
Familiarity with spray foam insulation installation techniques with a minimum of 2 years experience
Strong attention to detail, safety awareness, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team are essential
Physical ability to lift materials, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces is required
Must have a valid class G license
