NATURE AND SCOPE
The Admissions Associate is responsible for performing various technical tasks of an administrative nature in support of admissions processes, as well as participating in registrar services and activities, with an emphasis on data reporting.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Frontline to applicants, parents and guidance counsellors and may provide College tour
Sending departmental communications to prospective students
Liaises with other services as required, accessibility, student affairs, finances, and student recruitment
Acts as first point of contact to international applicants and provides information on their application, required documentation and medical insurance and for conditional admitted students
Organizes and participates in the processing and evaluation of applications from prospective students
Prepare documents in preparation for Admission Committees
Prepare admission templates and generate documentations for admitted students
Participates in developing new procedures and optimizations related to admissions
Prepare files for SRAM analysis
Helps updates process guides and training manuals
Assists with the collection and analysis of data and contributes to the preparation of reports on enrollment, admission, projections and other relevant indicators
Participates several Recruitment events internally or externally such as Open House, Winter Information Session or High School visits which may happens outside of regular working hours
Participates in Registrar services events such as Registration, helps with supervision of Exit Exams
Helps at the counter
Performs other related duties as requested

QUALIFICATIONS
Diploma of college studies (DEC) in an appropriate specialty
Minimum of three years of experience in administrative work
Knowledge of the Quebec and international educational system is an asset
Experience working with Microsoft SQL Server and Skytech Clara is an asset
Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite, in particular Excel (testing may be required)
Strong oral and written communication skills in English and French (testing may be required)
