Position Overview
The Receptionist & Accounts Payable Assistant provides essential support to the accounting and administrative teams, ensuring efficient office operations and accurate financial processing. This role is responsible for managing vendor invoices and statements, maintaining organized records, assisting with payment processing, and supporting general office functions.

Responsibilities
Match purchase orders (POs) to packing slips for verification
Enter approved invoices into the accounting system
Pull invoices for monthly payments and assist in preparing authorization forms
Reconcile vendor accounts and request monthly statements
Collect and organize MasterCard receipts for reconciliation
Administrative & Office Support
Restock and maintain kitchen supplies and common areas.
Place monthly coffee and supply orders as needed
Manage courier deliveries and outgoing shipments
File and organize financial and administrative documents
Greet guests and new employees, offering beverages and ensuring a welcoming environment
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Basic knowledge of accounts payable processes preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
