We are looking for an analytical, creative, and disciplined digital marketer to
help manage and scale our paid marketing efforts. We’re looking for an
individual with a track record of building out world class campaigns across paid
marketing channels that attract the attention of consumers.
As a key member of the Marketing team reporting to the Manager, Growth
Marketing, the Performance Marketing Specialist is responsible for managing the
success of our digital ad program across paid search, paid social, and
programmatic platforms.

As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you will:
- Oversee day-to-day campaign management across paid social, paid search, and
programmatic
- Manage campaign launches including building audiences, uploading creative,
setting budgets, and ensuring proper tracking
- Ensure campaigns across all channels are pacing in line with our monthly
spend targets
- Analyze reporting to make necessary optimizations in line with our KPIs
- Update daily and weekly PPC reporting dashboards to ensure that performance
targets are being met
- Collaborate with the team to draft winning PPC strategies for new product
launches and testing initiatives
- Become an expert on the nuances of the healthcare market so you can
effectively drive growth through paid channels
- Work with internal and external partners to brief and develop the right ad
creative to effectively target patients and providers
- Conduct regular creative and audience A/B tests to ensure that ad performance
is sustained over time
You have:
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role working with creative teams/agencies
- A strong understanding of DTC marketing
- A successful track record of driving demand through a variety of paid
channels
- Deep hands-on and end-to-end experience with Paid Search, Paid Social, and
Programmatic advertising
- A growth mindset and comfortable operating in fast-moving, high growth
environments
- The ability to interpret data and results, and turn them into actionable
insights that drive decision-making
- At the same time you understand that performance marketing is part art, part
science. You are comfortable with making decisions in situations where data
is limited
- Experience working effectively with cross-functional teams, in particular
Brand, Comms, and Product Marketing
