Official Internal Job Title: Customer Service Agent F Status: Temporary (Fixed Term) Job Description: En tant qu’agent(e) au service à la clientèle pour l’Espace client, vous guiderez les clients par téléphone ou par écrit pour leurs demandes de premier niveau, pour l’aide technique sur les plateformes numériques . Vous vous réaliserez dans les fonctions suivantes : Fournir des informations simples aux assurés et s’assurer de leur satisfaction. Guider les clients pour l’inscription au site et les assister pour la réinitialisation du mot de passe. Traiter les demandes courantes : Changement simple au dossier Obtention de documents Assistance pour les transactions en ligne Aide pour l’affichage des produits Référer le client aux bons interlocuteurs pour des questions spécifiques sur les produits. Identifier et saisir les opportunités de vente en référant le client à l’interne. Participer aux travaux collectifs organisés par la direction. Vos talents et qualifications : Détenir un diplôme d'études collégiales Habileté à assister et accompagner les usagers dans la navigation web. Maîtrise de la langue française ainsi qu’une bonne connaissance de la langue anglaise parlée, en raison de la nature des tâches, des outils de travail ou d’interactions avec des collègues, partenaires, clients ou fournisseurs anglophones, ou afin de répondre aux objectifs de croissance de l’entreprise. Les candidats sélectionnés devront se soumettre à un test d'anglais (Anglais fonctionnel). Horaire : Horaire de jour et de soir, du lundi au vendredi, et mardi au samedi sur rotation. Maximum de 2 soirs par semaine (possibilité de plus de soirs sur volontariat du salarié).
