Our ETF Market Making desk provides continuous two-way markets across a broad range of domestic and international ETFs, supporting both primary and secondary market liquidity. The desk leverages data-driven trading, quantitative models, and multi-asset coverage to manage risk and facilitate client flows across global markets. Our team culture values innovation, collaboration, and disciplined risk management. Key Responsibilities: Provide two-way markets and manage risk across equity and multi-asset ETFs. Contribute to systematic strategy development through data validation, parameter tuning, and performance analysis. Partner with technology and quant teams to identify and implement workflow automation to improve pricing, quoting, hedging, and booking efficiency. Challenge existing desk workflows with a continuous improvement mindset, focusing on scalability, latency, and reliability. Participate in day-to-day trading operations, including trade booking, reconciliation, and risk reporting. Qualification: Minimum 3 years of industry experience in ETF, Equity or Derivatives trading Option, structured product experience is a plus Strong quantitative, analytical, and programming skills (Python or similar) Solid understanding of market structure Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure in fast-moving markets Bachelor’s or Master degree in Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field Exceptional communication and teamwork skills; comfortable engaging with internal and external stakeholders Why Join Us Be part of one of Canada’s leading ETF market making teams, recognized for innovation and execution excellence.
