Overview
The role of the Bilingual Move Scheduler will be to work directly with the PES and Sales department and Customers in the activation of all equipment moves. The Move Scheduler contributes to the success of PepsiCo Equipment Services by analyzing open equipment move orders to optimize scheduling and routing operations. The scheduler will create equipment move schedules and truck routes, communicate scheduling to the customer and coordinate with local Sales and PES departments to drive operational efficiencies and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
Create and manage daily regional equipment move schedules based on business rules using CETS and AMS systems to drive lowest landed cost while maximizing truck capacity
Partner with customer, field technicians, Pepsi Equipment Services leadership, and Sales organization to appropriately resolve scheduling and equipment placement conflicts
Conduct 72-hour confirmation calls to confirm pending installs / deliveries / pick ups and exchanges
Maintain historical service records on Customer Equipment Tracking System (CETS)
Establish and maintain good customer rapport
Support sales inquiries relating to equipment
Follow standard procedures for the scheduling of equipment move activities
Support all customer calls in a highly professional manner and provides courteous timely responses
Support the administration of paperwork required for the Pepsi Equipment Service (PES) activities
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
Post-secondary school diploma / degree in business related field preferred
Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel
1-2 years of prior customer service experience
Strong problem solving, analytical, and organizational skills
Proven ability to work independently with minimal or no supervision
Must be bilingual (French/English)
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related area of study
Previous knowledge of CETS application and PES process standards
Willingness to work flexible work hours
