What You’ll Be Doing: As Project Manager, you will assume the overall leadership TFS’s Initiatives and projects. Establish and prioritize business requirements Evaluate target solutions (new products and services) Develop iterative plan Design, develop, test and deploy solutions; and, Mitigating risks Your overall responsibility is to ensure the project meets its goals, delivered within established timeline and budget. You will work closely with all internal and external teams, engage key stakeholders in defining, planning, tracking, and managing all aspects of the project, including identifying key resources, providing the direction required to meet project objectives and commitments and ensuring appropriate management, customer, and supplier involvement. Key Accountabilities: Manage project delivery: Manage the planning, analysis, design, development, implementation and satisfaction of project requirements. Provide oversight on all project phases from discovery through delivery, implementation and post implementation review. Ensure project is delivered on time, within budget and meet business goals. Manage communication: Ensure easy and transparent communication of status, risks, financials etc. with all stakeholders, including Executive Sponsors and Executive Steering Committee. Manage delivery partners: Collaborate with both internal and external delivery partners to ensure key dependencies are surfaced, managed; risks are mitigated to ensure successful delivery of the project. Manage financials: Develop, maintain, and report budget and operating plan for the project. Where required, develop budget proposals, and seek approval to guarantee uninterrupted delivery of the project. Manage changes: Implement and manage changes and interventions to ensure project goals are achieved. Manage transition: Ensure all aspects of the transition from project to operational support are considered and executed. What You’ll Bring: University Degree in Computer Science/Business Administration or related discipline PMP, PMI Certification preferred 7+ years of Project experience / Project Management (full life-cycle) Proven experience successfully delivering digital, compliance, process improvement (Lean methodology) project across cross-functional teams including vendor management Expert in using MS Suite including Microsoft Project Experience in implementing and maintaining due Project Governance Experience in delivering projects using iterative Waterfall and/or Agile methodologies Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to develop solutions that can quickly bring alignment and resolution to issues across multiple stakeholder groups Strong skills in vendor management, project management and stakeholder management Hands-on experience in successfully managing remote teams/projects including technical infrastructure, information security resources and third-party resources Results oriented mindset Ability to demonstrate initiative, good judgment and effective decision-making including industry best practices and standards Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
