Job Description: Hours/Shift: Sunday - Thursday / 3:30pm - 11:30pm Summary: Complete all product release documentation to align with Patheon SOPs, client requirements, and GMPs. Collaborate on special projects to ensure flawless execution of new product launches and continuous improvement initiatives. Job Requirements Evaluate processed and packaged batch records and E-Data per procedures and specifications. Collaborate with clients, ensuring compliance with procedures and documentation. Complete release of products and update SAP for further packaging. Engage in RAPIDS and examine production logbooks. Provide post-release documentation support to clients and initiate deviations in Global TrackWise. Maintain a safe working environment and report hazards. Perform alternating or rotating shift work as required. Required Qualifications Education: College/Technical Diploma in Science. Bachelor of Science Degree is preferred. Experience Minimum 1 year in the pharmaceutical/food/cosmetic industry in a QA function. Familiarity with SAP is helpful. Equivalency Equivalent combinations of education, training, and meaningful experience may be considered. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Ability to work independently and in teams. Excellent organizational skills. Strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to multi-task, in a fast-paced environment. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices. Proficiency in English. Standards and Expectations Follow all Environmental Health & Safety Policies and Procedures. Physical Requirements Light physical effort (walking, sitting, standing for limited periods). Occasional equipment operation. Lifts light items for limited duration. Comfortable indoor area with possible mild physical discomfort (dust, fumes, odors, etc.). Use of Personal Protective Equipment may be required.
