Ride the next mile with us! Intelcom | Dragonfly operates more than 100 sorting stations and runs operations across three continents. As Canada’s leader in last-mile logistics, we have a clear vision: to deliver fast, accurate, and reliable service powered by cutting-edge technology. At Intelcom, we encourage initiative and value creation through cross-functional projects and an open innovation culture. Together, we build a knowledge-sharing community and collaborate on numerous projects to deliver a personalized and flexible delivery experience. Our four core values—Customer Focus, Teamwork, Innovation, and Diligence—are embraced across the company and are essential to building the organization we aim to become. Overview of the role: We are looking for a Program Manager to lead a portfolio of digital, technological, and operational transformation initiatives. Reporting to the Program Portfolio Manager, you will be responsible for orchestrating high-visibility programs, ensuring strategic alignment between teams and sponsors, and creating the conditions required to accelerate execution. You will act as a change agent, capable of challenging assumptions, framing issues, influencing decision-makers—including C-suite leaders—and keeping initiatives moving forward despite ambiguity and pressure. Your leadership will help shape and transform our operating model in the years ahead. The ideal candidate understands sortation and last-mile operations, learns quickly, takes calculated risks, and thrives in an environment where change is constant. Key Responsibilities: Program Leadership and Governance Lead complex transformation programs by defining objectives, expected outcomes, key milestones, and dependencies. Establish and maintain strong governance: cadences, steering routines, committees, and decision-making mechanisms. Challenge sponsors and owners constructively to ensure prioritization, alignment, and consistency in decision-making. Stakeholder Alignment and Executive Communication Collaborate closely with internal teams such as IT, Operations, Finance, HR, and external vendors or clients. Drive clear, concise, results-oriented communication across all stakeholders, including senior leadership. Anticipate organizational challenges and adjust plans proactively to protect program objectives. Execution and Delivery Acceleration Remove roadblocks quickly, clarify expectations, and maintain momentum when teams slow down. Translate strategy into concrete, measurable execution plans. Monitor performance through KPIs, dashboards, risks, and mitigation plans. Proactive Risk Management and Problem-Solving Identify structural risks early and propose pragmatic solutions. Facilitate trade-offs and help teams make fast, aligned decisions. Manage ambiguity: structure the unknown and turn ideas into actionable steps. Change Management and Adoption Partner with change management teams to ensure successful adoption: communications, training, readiness, and phased deployments. Prepare impactful executive-level communications and materials. Financial Tracking and Performance Manage program budgets, track expenditures, and justify investments. Prepare weekly executive program updates. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in management, technology, engineering, or a related field. 7–8 years of experience in program management or complex project delivery, ideally in digital, operational, or technological transformation. Experience in logistics/transportation or fast-paced operational environments (strong asset). Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and tools (Jira, Office Suite, Confluence, Microsoft Teams). Personal Attributes: Ability to challenge sponsors and owners with diplomacy and managerial courage. Comfortable presenting to, influencing, and negotiating with C-suite executives. Strong results orientation: you drive progress and simplify complexity. Excellent risk management, political acumen, and sound judgment. Rigorous, organized, autonomous, and able to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. Intellectual agility, growth mindset, and appetite for innovation and continual change. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Jira. Fluency in French and English preferred. Intelcom is a leading last-mile carrier in the e-commerce sector.
