As a Senior Technical Analyst, you’ll implement and support commercial of-the-shelf software solutions in complex business and technical domains. You’ll build relationships with internal stakeholders, collaborating on solutions to improve practices and champion their implementation. What you’ll do: Lead Workday business process configuration, modifications and implementation Assess business needs to define clear HR data requirements and lead the investigation, testing, and resolution of system functionality to support effective, solution-oriented outcomes Drive enablement by partnering with colleagues and stakeholders to tackle meaningful challenges and co-create innovative solutions Recommend how technology can be leveraged to streamline HR business processes Automate processes, customizations and upgrades What we’re looking for: Multi-tasker who is comfortable on an autonomous, cross-functional, agile team Advanced problem-solver who can resolve complex problems independently Confident communicator with strong analytical skills What you’ll need: A bachelor’s degree in human resources, information systems or related field and at least six years of experience with HRIS system implementation, configuration, business requirements documentation and reporting/analysis Experience with Workday Human Capital Management System Technical expertise in one or more of these areas: application development, networks, security and cloud architecture Proficient in Workday configuration to implement system design Experience with process improvement and continually exploring opportunities to improve HR processes (technical and non-technical) to enhance quality and increase productivity Experience gathering and translating business requirements Experience and advanced technical skills in areas such as security, cloud architecture and application integrations #FCCEN You belong here At FCC, we’re committed to creating an inclusive, equitable and accessible workplace – one that reflects the communities where we live, work and play.
