The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Systems Analyst who is passionate about business systems, data insights and integration. You’ll be the bridge between operational needs and technical execution, working across our ERP ecosystem (NetSuite), our analytics warehouse (NetSuite Analytics Warehouse, or “NSAW”), and supporting systems like SharePoint. If you love turning data into insight, streamlining processes, and enabling smarter decision-making — this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with Finance, Sales, Operations, and IT teams to gather requirements, analyze workflows, and identify process improvements within NetSuite.
Configure and enhance NetSuite modules, custom records, workflows, dashboards, and approval processes to align with business objectives.
Develop and maintain NSAW datasets, models, and visualizations; translate KPIs into actionable analytics and data-driven recommendations.
Ensure strong data governance across NetSuite and NSAW, promoting accuracy, consistency, reliability, and security of analytics output.
Integrate NetSuite with supporting systems (e.g., SharePoint, JIRA, Syntex/Power Automate, Microsoft 365 tools) to enable seamless data flows and cross-platform automation.
Leverage NetSuite technologies such as Saved Searches, SuiteScript, SuiteAnalytics Connect, and APIs to deliver scalable solutions.
Identify and implement AI-assisted improvements to existing workflows, such as automated data validation, opportunity forecasting, and intelligent document handling, among others.
Partner with the Business to experiment with and deploy AI tools (e.g., generative assistants, predictive models, or automation frameworks) that enhance reporting, governance, and user experience.
Design, document, and maintain system diagrams, data flows, technical logic, and user guides for both traditional and AI-enabled processes.
Train business users to increase system adoption, data literacy, and comfort with analytics and automation.
What We’re Looking For
3-5 years’ experience as a Systems Analyst, Business Analyst or similar role supporting NetSuite (or another ERP) deployments.
Hands-on experience with data analytics: building datasets, dashboards, custom metrics, visualizations (preferably NSAW, but BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau acceptable).
Strong working knowledge of NetSuite: SuiteScript (2.x / 2.1), SuiteAnalytics Connect, data-structure understanding.
Experience or familiarity with SharePoint, JIRA, Syntex/Power Automate, or Microsoft 365 integrations is a nice to have.
Excellent analytical mindset: ability to translate business questions into data solutions and system logic.
Strong communication, documentation and stakeholder-management skills.
Commitment to data integrity, process consistency and system usability.
Nice-to-Haves
Experience managing NSAW datasets and data-warehouse concepts.
SQL or scripting skills (JavaScript, Python or similar) for data transformations or automation.
Understanding of change-control governance, role-based access, audit readiness.
Experience in a service-based, project-driven environment with cross-functional teams.
What We Offer
Competitive salary and performance bonuses
Flexible working hours and remote options
Comprehensive health, and dental insurance
Professional development and certification reimbursement
A collaborative team environment working with cutting edge tech
