As a junior developer, you will be at the heart of our mission. Here are your main responsibilities: Provide application and functional support for applications used by business teams, whether hosted on-site or in the cloud (SaaS, PaaS, cloud computing). Diagnose technical incidents, analyze logs and telemetry, and apply simple fixes (configuration, code) to restore services. Participate in technical testing, production deployment, and system evolution (technology roadmap). Automate operational tasks (PowerShell, Python, batch scripts). Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and security teams in a DevOps/ITIL framework. Maintain technical documentation and contribute to the knowledge base. Actively participate in Agile ceremonies and team activities. Contribute to internal and external audits and associated action plans. Required profile: DEC or BAC in computer science, administration, or a related field. 1 to 5 years of experience in a similar role. Knowledge of Lean/Agile principles, the software development life cycle (SDLC), and DevOps practices. Proficiency in analytical tools: Excel, Servicenow Dashboards, SQL. Knowledge of languages and frameworks: C#/.NET, PowerShell, Python. Experience with Git, Azure DevOps, CI/CD, version management. Good communication, writing, and popularization skills. Curiosity, autonomy, rigor, and ability to synthesize information. Knowledge of the insurance and financial services industry is an asset. Intermediate level of English, as the person will be required to communicate with external suppliers on a daily basis.
